John is a nationally recognized strategic growth coach, a published author, columnist, and the founder of Inspirit Growth®, that has been exclusively serving entrepreneurial businesses since 1999. John believes that high performing entrepreneurs (regardless of their industry) are at their best when they and their teams are consistently able to (1) control the tyranny of the urgent, (2) exercise strong critical thinking skills, and (3) possess expanded growth mindsets. This requires harnessing belief and motivation from within, drawing on inspiration from others, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

John connects over 35 years of experience as a growth coach, strategic planner, and execution management expert. He  leads his team in providing unique insight and wisdom sharing through our proprietary web-based toolkits and personal and business growth systems. Our systems have been successfully leveraged by hundreds of our clients to significantly enhance the value of their businesses and develop strong, focused, and inspired teams.

Prior to establishing Inspirit Growth®, John gained extensive hands-on experience serving entrepreneurial businesses through years of innovative client service as a Partner in PwC.  As the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for CBIZ, a NYSE-traded company, John  worked with over 200 closely held companies in transforming their businesses.  John’s own entrepreneurial pursuits, focused research and hands on problem resolution for clients has resulted in our Inspired Company Coaching Program that has served small and mid-sized company business owners and their teams across America.

Julie Ann Duffy Hagovsky has been a Human Resources business leader for over 18 years, with a primary focus in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry. Julie has spent the last 6 years as a PI certified Consultant and Facilitator, working with Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries.  With extensive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Design & Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement, and Management Coaching, Julie brings to organizations the strategic ideas and solutions needed to drive quantifiable business results.  

Julie has also worked as an Adjunct Professor teaching Industrial Psychology for Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She holds BA and MA degrees in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Human Resources Studies Certificate from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Julie enjoys spending time with her family, trying different recipes, and working out. She is a busy mom of two amazing daughters and is always up for trying new restaurants and wine tasting.  

Ginny Palmieri

Ginny Palmieri is the Founder of VOCE Consulting (meaning voice in Italian) which focuses on helping organizations align the divergent voices of their key stakeholders to drive innovation and growth. Ginny works with individuals and teams to inspire and guide others to live courageously AND confidently in their truest selves. She believes authenticity will lead to creating trust and a diverse environment where teams will think “outside the box,” take calculated risks and work to drive growth within their companies and on a personal level. “Everyone has a VOCE.”

Ginny enjoyed a 12-year career at Independence Blue Cross (IBC) where she was a Vice President and an Officer with revenue of $17 billion. As Vice President of Specialty Services, Ginny created this new division which drove product/service diversification and revenue/profit growth for IBC. The Specialty Services Group was also successful in increasing cross-selling and client retention in the changing healthcare industry that resulted in achieving over $265 million in net sales.

Prior to VOCE & IBC, Ginny was Vice President of Commerce University, the training and development center for Commerce Bancorp. Ginny’s background also includes leadership positions at Bank of America/FleetBoston Financial, Founders Health Care (Allegheny Healthcare System), and American Red Cross.

Ginny’s strengths include communication, collaboration, ability to work in highly complicated and matrixed organizations, innovation, leading and managing teams, and building partnerships despite industry disruption. In addition, Ginny is a certified Predictive Index Trainer and Associate, a business solution which focuses on better understanding behaviors and improve talent optimization.

In December of 2015, she published her first book called Unspoken: Finding Your Voice and Living Your Authentic Life which focuses on courage, transparency, and authenticity.

She holds a BA, Cum Laude from Temple University and MBA, Magna Cum Laude from Philadelphia University. Ginny’s philosophy as a mother and business leader is to continually strive to advance individuals on her teams and in the community, as well as to be a role model for her children.

Jon Rothschild

Executive PI Consultant

Jon Rothschild worked at Independence Blue Cross (IBC) for 25 years (1993-2018), holding a variety of positions throughout the organization. He began his career at IBC as Director of Underwriting, following that he moved into the Sales and Marketing Department. For the last 10 years, Jon was employed at IBC as a National Benefit Consultant, with a focus to provide benefit solutions for national employers with over 2,000 employees. Jon has had the opportunity to work with and become a trusted advisor to numerous Philadelphia based companies, consultants and brokers. He has been successful in providing self-funded and fully-insured solutions to these companies, leading national sales growth for IBC.

Prior to joining Independence Blue Cross, Jon spent 13 years in several other positions in the Health Insurance and Accounting Industries. He has experience in multiple areas, including financial underwriting, business development, public accounting, and relationship management.

As an avid runner, Jon has another strong connection to Independence Blue Cross, having run in the annual IBC Broad Street run for 24 of the 25 years of his employment with IBC.

In addition to the many Broad Street races, Jon has run 9 marathons and enjoys and spends his spare time playing basketball, golfing, practicing yoga, gardening, volunteering and spending summers with his family at their summer home on Long Beach Island.

Scott Cymerman

Growth Coach, Director of Operations

As Director of Operations for Inspirit Growth, Scott brings nearly two decades of successful business ownership and operation experience. Scott contends and his history illustrates that technology has the endless potential to streamline business productivity while simultaneously saving time and generating revenue. Scott brings his technology expertise as well as his operational and leadership skills to both his role as Director of Operations and to IG’s clients who he serves as a Growth Coach.

Prior to joining Inspirit Growth, in 2009 Scott started RTResults, a successful IT Consulting firm that focused on implementing technology to fuel the technology productivity of small and medium sized organizations.  RTResults implemented technology solutions that positively affected the growth and productivity of all its clients.

In 2015, Scott co-founded, Connext LLC, an organization that creates proprietary technology solutions.  Connext’s first patent the “Interchangeable Cable Connection System” was officially issued in December of 2016.

After a productive work day, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife, their two beautiful children, and their French Bulldog.   In addition, Scott balances his life by refocusing his energies in a wide variety of hobbies ranging from high intensity MMA style kick boxing, to boating, to researching the next big blockchain technology.

Nancy Hopkins

Coaching Program Manager, Certified PI Associate

Nancy coordinates the needs of our clients and manages the planning and rollout of our coaching programs. Acting as a direct client interface, Nancy helps shape the “WOW the Client Experience” that is the primary focus of the Inspirit Growth team.

Prior to joining the Inspirit Growth team, Nancy spent 20 years guiding and coaching her three sons in The Five Fingers of Life Philosophy™ that she helped design and activate over their lives. Each graduated from Yale University and have since gone on to Harvard and Columbia graduate programs with careers in GE and JP Morgan. Many of these fundamentals that helped shape the lives of these young men are rooted in The Life Balancing Breakthrough™ that is a keystone of the Inspired Company Coaching Program and in the mantra she coined for business owners… “balance your business to balance your life.”

Nancy grew up in the Philadelphia area. Before dedicating herself to raising her family she spent 12 years as a legal paraprofessional for a top litigator at Wolf Block Schorr and Solis-Cohen. A gourmet cook and versatile baker, Nancy loves “hangin” with her boys, competitive golf, late night NYC karaoke, dancing (anywhere), her P90X/T25 workout regime and the occasional flip cup invitation.
