Common sense coaching for business leaders and their teams.

In 1999, we set out on a mission to help entrepreneurs and their teams get their lives under control, live healthy, and enjoy what they do best. Our dynamic coaching programs are built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs and are designed to help ambitious business owners build Inspired Companies.

Imagine a company where all of the key employees have tackled the tyranny of the urgent – they are getting things done despite the daily disruptions; where the business owner and their key employees have struck a better life balance but at the same time are much more effective in their jobs; where all the employees in the company are clear on the strategy and are energized by their own contributions to growth; and where year after year the company continues to grow steadily without taking an unfair toll on its founders or its employees. You have just received a glimpse of the Inspired Company.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Work/life balance is a myth! If it was real then less people would be forever seeking it. Nothing can stay in a constant state of balance yet we seem to expect this. We need balancing. Balancing requires conscious attention to ensure the ebb and flow of business and life is properly managed. In a world that is moving faster and faster, our coaches bring rhythm, temperament, and disruptive thinking to control the tyranny of the urgent.  We stress the importance of balance and coach business owners and their teams in achieving growth breakthroughs personally, “businessly”, and in their family lives.

Entrepreneurial businesses form the backbone of American employment, innovation, and national pride. The business owner takes on significantly more personal risk and has arguably more grit than his or her professional manager counterparts. Common to all business owners are the challenges of sustainable growth and innovation, inspiring leadership, “hi-po” employee retention as well as the desire to better define the connection between life purpose and the objectives of their company. Alignment of life purpose and company mission drives higher levels of a life lived well for an entrepreneur. This alignment also fuels levels of organic growth both front stage and back stage that you didn’t think possible.
